91ok Terms & Conditions

1.1 Definition of Service

91ok is an online gaming and betting platform that provides various entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh, including live casino, slot games, sports betting, and card games. These terms form a legal agreement between 91ok and its users. By accessing any part of the platform or using its services, you consent to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1.2 Changes to Terms

91ok reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. For any changes, we will post a notice on the platform and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised. Logging into your account or continuing to use the service after a change means you have accepted the new terms. It is therefore your responsibility to visit this page regularly.

2.1 Age Requirement

91ok's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If it is found that a user is a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may register only one account. A single person holding multiple accounts (for example by using multiple email addresses or names) is expressly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in account closure. We may request necessary documents from you at any time for identity verification purposes.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. Contact us immediately if you notice any unauthorized activity on your account. 91ok is not liable for any loss caused by someone other than an authorized person using your account.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum amount to deposit on 91ok is ৳100. We currently support the following payment methods:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet
• Upay — mobile payment solution

The name on your payment method must match the name on your account when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. The following conditions apply when making a withdrawal:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals cannot be completed if the wagering requirement of an active bonus has not been met.
• 91ok reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on 91ok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All amounts displayed on the platform are calculated in Taka.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000. This bonus is payable only once per user.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = you must place ৳25,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. If you attempt to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal and recreational use only.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent methods, all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.
• 91ok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active.
• If a bonus expires or its conditions are breached, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed automatically.

5.1 VIP Tiers

91ok's VIP program has four tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

5.2 VIP Tier Progression

Your VIP tier is determined by your gaming activity and regular participation. The more active you are, the sooner you have the opportunity to move to a higher tier. 91ok reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at its own discretion and will endeavor to give advance notice of any changes.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

91ok is committed to ensuring fair play and transparent gaming. All our games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of outcomes. No game result is predetermined and every round is conducted entirely independently.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or attempting to cheat.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or server issue, a decision will be made based on the last saved game state recorded in the 91ok system. If the outcome of a win or loss is uncertain due to a technical reason, 91ok's decision will be considered final.

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Violation of any law or regulation.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete legal agreement between 91ok and you. If any term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be in effect.

11.3 Waiver

If 91ok does not enforce any clause of these terms at a particular time, this will not be considered a waiver of that clause. The right to enforce all of our rights at any time remains reserved.
